Kombucha's alcohol content is minimal, with less than 0.5% ABV. This technically makes kombucha nonalcoholic, as a drink is only classified as alcoholic if it contains more than 1.2% ABV.

  • Use in tea, mocktails, over yogurt, drizzle over pancakes, in smoothies or medicinally with a teaspoon.
